Batting after winning the toss, Delhi Capitals Women’s Shafali Verma’s brilliant innings of 44 runs off 27 balls and partnership with Lanning (23 runs off 23 balls) set the pace at the start of the match, but after their wicket fell, someone else from Delhi Capitals Women took over the match. Couldn’t play, so the Capitals failed to put up a big score. Which was the main reason for the loss of the Capitals.
On the other hand, the Royal Challengers team played the entire match from the beginning, because there was no hill in front of them to equal the score.
